Accidents happen! If your fan breaks within 30 days, we will replace your product without any additional costs.

• One (1) replacement fan is allowed per product
  
• The broken fan will be replaced with the same product design
  
• The replacement fan will be sent to the address on original order
  
• Each customer is limited to ten (10) free fan replacements within a calendar year (January - December) 
  
• [For International orders] The customer will be responsible for shipping costs

To replace your fan, email: sales@fabulousme.com. Include:

• Two (2) photos of damaged product
  
• Photo of entire fan
  
• Photo of broken product area
  
• Order Number
  

No refunds or exchanges will be established unless the following is valid: 

• (a) the product is defective due to manufacturing, or
• (b) the product received does not match what was ordered

Need to bring your art vision to life? We offer Custom Fan Design services (Product Link)

a. This is a non-refundable service fee, which includes up to five (5) change iterations of our / your design. 

b. If you decide to place a custom fan order with our design, we will apply the design fee to your order (Total Cost = (Fan Quantity x Custom Fan Pricing) - Design Service Fee)

c. All fans will have our website FabulousMe.com or FwapThatFan.com on the bamboo portion of the fan ribs, unless specified. 

APPROVAL: We will work with you to make up to five (5) change iterations for our design. Once you approve of the design, we will send you an email with a quote for your approval. After we receive the payment, we will forward your design to our manufacture.

PRODUCTION: Current production time includes 2-3 weeks.

SHIPPING: Please allow up to 1 week for shipping, post production phase.

Great! To be sure our manufacture prints your design perfectly, download our template and email us: sales@fabulousme.com (File Extension uploaded should be .PSD)

Note: For optimal design, include art work within the yellow bleed-line guildlines; anything outside of the yellow bleed-line might not be included on the custom fan design.

If your art contains any protected IP (Intellectual Property), including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, logos, and patents, please include appropriate documentations that you have permissions or rights to use them within your design.

In the event that we like your Custom Fan Design (created by our Design Service team), we will integrate it into our product catalog.
