Accidents happen! If your fan breaks within 30 days, we will replace your product without any additional costs.
- One (1) replacement fan is allowed per product
- The broken fan will be replaced with the same product design
- The replacement fan will be sent to the address on original order
- Each customer is limited to ten (10) free fan replacements within a calendar year (January - December)
- [For International orders] The customer will be responsible for shipping costs
To replace your fan, email: sales@fabulousme.com. Include:
- Two (2) photos of damaged product
- Photo of entire fan
- Photo of broken product area
- Order Number
